Today I am announcing that Atacama Resources has filed a Form 15 with the SEC. 

After careful consideration Atacama’s Board of Directors decided that the company will file financial reports through OTC Markets in the future.  This new procedure will provide the same financial statements to shareholders and other interested parties as previously provided but will save the company the significant expense of annual PCAOB auditing fees.  The Form 15 provides notice to the SEC that the company will no longer file quarterly and annual reports to the SEC through its Edgar process.
