CEO CORNER - DECEMBER 9, 2022

I hope that everyone is enjoying the Holiday Season and we have good news.  The company has successfully worked with OTC Markets to complete the change in control process and we uploaded the Q3 financials this morning.  Within the next 2-3 days the company should again be listed as Pink Current. Also, I want to assure you that completing the conversion of the company’s unaudited financials to audited statements is nearing completion.  We will keep you posted.
