We strive to be as transparent as possible with the important issues that are of interest to the company’s shareholders.  The company is aware of the importance of addressing the removal of the Alberta Securities Commission Cease Trade Order imposed on the company. We can report to you that major steps have been taken to provide the documentation required to convert five years of unaudited financials to audited statements.  These audited statements will be filed with EDGAR in the United States and SEDAR in Canada.  The removal of the CTO is dependent on the SEDAR filings.  Thanks for your continued interest in the company!
