CEO CORNER - JANUARY 30, 2023

I hope that we have convinced our shareholders that Atacama Resources is committed to moving the company forward in several areas.  First of all, the company has purchased the rights to additional mining claims in January which will be announced in an upcoming press release.  This is a very big deal. 

Additionally, the company has increased it management capabilities on the ground with the naming of John C. Grant as the company’s Exploration Manager.  John is on our advisory group and his credentials are on this website. 

Highlights of his experience include five years as senior field supervisor for Geophysical Engineering involved with exploration programs leading to development of the West Cache Gold deposit in Timmins, as well as being involved in the original ground geophysical for Glimmer Resources currently being mined as the Black Fox Mine by McEwen Mining. John has 47 years of experience in managing exploration mining projects.  John’s experience will be invaluable as the company moves ahead with the development of its mining claims.

Lastly, I can announce that the auditing of the company financials is essentially complete and that filing with the appropriate government agencies in the US and Canada is the next step.  Stay tuned as the company works on getting the Alberta CTO removed.
