It is important for shareholders to know that the company’s Q3 financials are completed but can’t be filed with OTC Markets until the company gets it profile verified.

We are working closely with OTC Markets - Issuer Services to reestablish our Pink Current status, but because of recent, more stringent rules relating to corporate changes in control, we are required to provide information that has not been required in the past.   This information is not normally available and the company is working with a third party to provide the required information.  We expect to have all information available next week.

After all information is presented to Issuer Services, there is a review and processing period of at least two weeks.  We will update everyone as soon as we have an indication as to when we regain Pink Current status.

We appreciate your understanding in this matter and we are doing everything possible to file the Q3 financials the day the Atacama Resources profile is verified.
