Hello again.

I wish to reassure everyone that we are making definite progress moving Atacama ahead.

It is important to understand that your management team does not control third party identities which sometimes sets schedules back regardless of what we try.

In our case we are waiting for the auditors to move forward in a quicker pace than they have so far and it is my opinion that they will as the third quarter financials for their clients is over and they will now have more time for us. It is disappointing but everyone need to realize that as the last customer obtained they naturally give us the last place on the schedule.

We are confident that all the required info is in and ready for them to process.

Moving forward Atacama is still progressing with making the corporation a more attractive venue for investors.

We are now in the process of putting together an advisory team of multiple disciplines that we can draw on when making major decisions on your behalf.

It will soon be out for everyone to view.

Your management team is also looking for board members and would be pleased to entertain any shareholder that wishes to put their resume forward for consideration.

 We will be very selective and the major focus will be to ensure that the new members have like vision as the management team.

News will be out soon as to anticipated time of the CTO being lifted.
