TRANSPARENCY:

            This is the one thing I truly believe in and will always live up to that promise.

In a public company it is hard to reach investors as some do not wish to be identified.

It is very important to me to reach out as every shareholder is a true owner of the company and deserves the right to communicate with Atacama whenever they so choose.

Management cannot in my opinion meet the shareholders expectations without communicating on a regular basis.

In order to accommodate this scenario, I have chosen to implement what is hoped to be a smooth and dynamic process.

I am immediately incorporating a question-and-answer segment to our web site so that anyone can reach out at any time.

It will be necessary to forward your name, phone number and email address with each question in order that we can respond accurately and expediently.

Further to this new approach to communication we will be holding an annual meeting before the end of this year which it is anticipated will be via a Web seminar.  By partaking in the question-and-answer segment it will enable us to give the annual meeting good substance.
