CEO CORNER - APRIL 18, 2023

I am pleased to announce two new members of the Atacama Board of Directors.  Don Swartz, Atacama’s board chairman until late 2019, has agreed to resume a board seat and will focus on ensuring the effectiveness of the Company’s ambitious asset development program.  Ben Burkhardt is a seasoned entrepreneur and business operator and will focus on fundraising and investor relations as the Company continues its exploration of precious metals and rare earth minerals.

Don and Ben join Brian Grant, Dan Finch, and Glenn Grant as board members.  This five-member board has excellent credentials and we consider Atacama Resources well positioned to move forward aggressively in the future.
